Let's be straight to start with... it's not this: ... just an excuse to enjoy a little bit of the observational genius of Victoria Wood! Ok then, who is it for? It's really for anyone who would like to get fitter or improve their health & nutrition. More specifically though, it means that the trainer isn't in the room with you. Of course, in our Coronavirus times that has a huge advantage: you can get on with it now, you don't need to wait for restrictions to ease in order to attend a class, go to a gym, or meet up with a coach. What it does mean though, is that you have to do the sessions yourself. That has pros & cons of course: but it allows you to complete those sessions whenever, and wherever you wish. You're not tied to someone else's schedule. You can train in your living room, in your garden, in your home gym if you have one, or on a beach or the top of a hill if you prefer! You can also train in a commercial gym, should you wish to once gyms are able to open. I specialise in working with people who enjoy the outdoors. If you recognise something you enjoy in any of these images, I will be able to help you reach your goals. So what is it, and how does it work? Well, Online Fitness Coaching can take many different forms, but I'll tell you about the services I offer. There are of course many other trainers and coaches out there offering different 'flavours' of online coaching, but they all generally work towards one main goal: to help you improve your health and fitness. First things first, when you make an enquiry with me about Fitness Coaching, we will begin with a free 30 minute video consultation. During this session, we will determine what your initial goals are, and which form of coaching would suit you best. We'll have an open and honest conversation about how best I can help you to get to where you would like to be. Next, you get to choose which service you would like to sign up for. With Zoe Newsam Coaching, there are three different levels of service available: Individual Coaching: £89 per month This service is fully personalised, and tailored completely to you and your goals.
AdventureFit Coaching Programme: £49 per month This is a programme that gives you 3 resistance workouts and 2 cardio workouts per week, from which you can select the sessions that work for you.
PaddleFit/ AdventureFit Membership: £10 per month

How can you get started?
I'm in the process of rebuilding my website at the moment, and the new version will feature all of the above programmes alongside sea kayak coaching courses. They'll be on offer from March 1st at the latest, with the website up and running before then.
