How do you know where you're going
if you don't know where you are?
Are you a regular exerciser? Do you have a goal in mind? Perhaps you'd like to complete your first marathon, ride a century, break the hour for a 10k, or win a medal: but how do you know where to start?
In this session, we will complete a fitness test tailored to help you gauge what you need to do to achieve your goals. We will then look at your goals, and I will help you to formulate them in a way that helps you measure your progress along the way.
The fitness test will comprise of:
At the end of the process you will receive a report detailing the results of your fitness test, and setting out your goals.
Cost: £50 per session (approximately 2 hours)
Location: Glenmore Lodge gym* or other mutually convenient location
* There is a £4 admission charge for entry to the Glenmore Lodge gym for non-members.
Online Coaching clients receive Fitness Testing & Goal Setting as a fundamental part of their training package.

- Muscular strength testing
