Why Online Coaching?
I believe that the best way for you to achieve your goals is by you being in control. That means you can eat what you choose, and work out when you choose. Of course, you hire a Personal Trainer to help you achieve those goals - but that doesn't mean I need to be with you all day, every day.
You see, I believe that health & fitness isn't about quick fixes. It's about making changes to your lifestyle, to exercise and diet habits that last a life time. Depriving yourself and pushing yourself in the short term is miserable; finding a form of exercise you like, and a way of eating that works for you? Well, that's much more rewarding and it should be enjoyable too!
That doesn't mean that I won't be there for you: on the contrary. However, online fitness coaching allows you to work out where you want, when you want. You don't need me to be available for you to complete your session. Want to do it at 11pm when you get home from a late shift? Crack on!

How does it work?
- As a first step, you will receive some forms to fill in, to get you thinking about what you want from your training, and to ensure that what we will be doing is safe.
- We will then need to meet (preferably at the Glenmore Lodge gym*, but we can do this elsewhere if that is more suitable) in order that we can discuss your goals, conduct a fitness test to see where you are just now, and I can teach you some movements so that you can perform them safely and effectively during your training.
- Once we have the above in place, you can start training! I use an app called TrueCoach that is very user friendly, and will send you workouts to do each week. Once you’ve completed them, you simply upload the results, which I can then use to programme further sessions for you.
- Every session is individual to you, and tailored to move you toward your goals.
- I can provide nutritional advice, if you would like it, to help lose body fat - if that is one of your goals.
- We will then meet periodically - but that can be as frequent or infrequent as suits you - in order to update your fitness test, see how you’re getting on, and teach more movements where they’re required.
- We can communicate through the TrueCoach app, and you’ll have (within reason) continuous access to me.

- Weekly online programming, tailored to achieving your goals, and specific to your circumstances. Your sessions can be performed at home, in a gym, outside- I can design sessions to suit your environment.
- Nutritional advice to help you achieve fat loss goals, if required.
- Effective communication, and a commitment to help you learn about your body, diet and fitness.
- 30% off Face to Face training sessions.

- Online coaching: £89 per month
- Face to Face training: £30 per hour (30% off for Online Coaching clients)
