How would you like to spend two days learning how to improve your paddle fitness? Perhaps you would like to be able to go further, faster; Or maybe you'd just like to build the strength to lift your boat onto your car roof with more ease? How about learning how to reduce the chance of injury, to prolong your paddling career?
In this two day course we will look at the basics of paddle fitness training: on the water, and in the gym. With a maximum of 4 clients and using my high-quality gym set-up, we will explore all aspects of fitness required to get better at paddlesports. Suitable for paddlers of any discipline, and at any fitness level.
