Immerse yourself in paddling fitness, and come away with a plan.
Spend 5 days learning about all aspects of paddling fitness including cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility, as well as nutrition. With a maximum of 4 clients on this course, there will be plenty of time for 1:1 coaching. Over the course of the 5 days we will spend time both on the water and in the gym, looking at both practical and theoretical aspects of this fascinating subject. Course participants will leave the course with an 8-week individual training plan to help them move towards their goals. Suitable for paddlers in all disciplines and any fitness level.
