- Uses the Public Health England 'One You' Couch to 5k app so you have a trainer with you while you run.
- Dedicated Facebook group for support and encouragement.
- Help with selecting routes and trail-running specific advice on equipment.
- Optional resistance training sessions to help you develop as a fledgling trail runner.
